The MVPs, "The Most Valuable Players", from Southern California, are one of the top musical acts performing today. A collection of World Class talents, they have played to millions from around the globe, from Mandalay Bay Las Vegas to the AT&T Olympic Centennial Park at the 1996 Olympic Games before an audience of more than 50,000. Appearing with such greats as Santana, Ray Charles, Gypsy Kings, Chaka Khan, and The GO-GO's, as well as more contemporary artists including pop superstars Kelly Clarkson (Jan. 12, 2005) and The Pusseycat Dolls (April 2006), the band mixes Rock, Soul, Latin Groove, and current Dance Rhythms to create a high energy World Beat sound all their own. Their enthusiasm is overwhelmingly infectious, and they help make every event a major success.

The MVPs draw from a talent pool of the top recording and touring musicians in the country, and has been the home to several artists who have gained major international attention, like solo recording artist Jennifer Paige, and NBC’s Rockstar: INXS finalist Deanna Johnston. The band’s masterfully crafted musical approach brings a contemporary style and energy to all their material, even as they draw from a classic danceable repertoire ranging from Swing, Motown and R&B/Funk to Classic Rock, Salsa and Hip Hop. Their sophisticated and highly energetic choreography provides the exciting visual entertainment you would normally find only on a major concert stage.

The group’s musical director and co-leader is well known composer and keyboardist Justin Reinhardt, who wrote and produced the score for the hit Miramax film "Swingers", and whose music has been featured in numerous popular TV shows including HBO's "Sex and the City". The MVPs’ always dynamic and rock solid musical foundation is anchored by veteran instrumental virtuosos Joel Alpers on Drums and Nashville native John Massey on Bass. The band's guitarist is industry veteran Chris Clermont, who has toured and recorded with numerous platinum artists, including Barry White, MC Hammer, Dr. Dre, and Snoop Doggy Dogg. His show-stopping guitar pyrotechnics are only rivaled by the incredible stylistic range of his vocal performances. The MVP horn section currently features saxophonist and Berklee school grad Ken Gable, and can be augmented by additional players, including the likes of frequent guest, and former Tonight Show trumpeter, Lee Thornburg.

The band’s femme fatale, and resident rump shaker, is the multi-talented vocalist/dancer, Ms. Annette Frank. Having grown up as a Disney performer, gracing venues across the country, including Southern California’s Arrowhead Pond, and appearing on television’s Good Morning America as well as episodes of Beverly Hills 90210, she brings a vibrant energy and dramatic flair to the MVP show. The band’s amazing roster of vocalists includes long time member Trey Parker (who has toured the world with numerous major artists and is featured in the recent film American Dreamz), song and dance man extraordinaire Wes Quave (former La Face recording artist), and Jason Martinez (talented singer/actor/dancer who has appeared on Broadway, numerous television shows, films, and concert tours). Finally, on Percussion, the group's founder Ric Grea, brings over twenty years of experience in music and event production. Sold out shows are the norm whenever the MVPs perform.

They create the magic and energy that gets the audience involved both on and off the stage, and the enthusiasm and skill of their talented singers, dancers, and musicians, has deservedly gained them a national reputation. Their always happy to work with clients to craft and customize their show, tailoring it to the specific needs of any event, no matter the scale.
