A source of pride for Ricardo includes the Brazilian version of the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer a charity campaign created by the Council of Fashion Designers of America, to raise funds for breast cancer research. In Brazil, the campaign has raised more than 20 million dollars for cancer research.

Another of Ricardo's ideas was the creation of the world's first virtual top model, Webbie Tookay. This innovation and convergence of modeling and marketing is a conerstone of Bellino's business acumen.

Today, Bellino is the founder and deal-maker of Trump Reality Brazil, an enterprise born from another of his ideas: the creation of the largest golf complex in Latin America, Villa Trump. The article published by The New York Times about Villa Trump featured Bellino as a young and dashing Brazilian entrepreneur, who was received by Donald Trump in his office in Trump Tower with the greeting: “You have three minutes to sell me your idea”. Bellino left the office as the first commercial partner of the American real-estate giant outside the U.S. Ricardo wrote a best seller, in which he shares with; marketing and business students, managers, directors and professionals in general – his innovative vision and unique approach to business. His best seller,"You Have 3 Minutes! Learn the Secrets of the Pitch from Trump's Original Apprentice".
